Anomalous Construct is a broken down construct with only it's framework intact, that one could climb on top. While on the construct, the entities seem to get confused, and run right below you rather than climb onto the construct as well.
Do be careful however, as entities with guns can spawn, and the entire area is littered with anomalies, and is covered in gas. Surviving the dangers will net you with multiple artifacts.
